For more than 20 years, Mona has developed and implemented business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing strategies and plans for companies both large and small. She holds a Bachelor Science degree in Marketing and has previously held professional roles including Executive VP of Marketing, Director of Corporate Communications, Advertising Director, and Sales Manager.
Mona's passion for marketing, and how it translates inside a company and out, has enabled her to cross over to other disciplines in her previous work experience. Mona has led Human Resources and Training & Development divisions, as well as led internal branding and change management efforts.
Mona is also an experienced trainer and presenter. Through her work as a facilitator for Northcentral Technical College's Workforce Learning Solutions, she helps clients identify their training and development needs, develop appropriate curriculum, and deliver training that meets the needs of adult learners.
